A phone and television are available at an additional cost. All the apartments feature a balcony with garden furniture. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled. Cost includes: • Accommodation. • Sheets. • 1 pillowcase per person. • 2 dishcloths per apartment.

  BY ROAD Paris (900 km) – Lyon (664 km) – Marseille (151 km) From Paris: A6 motorway to Lyon then A7 to Marseille. Take the A8 towards Aix-en-Provence / Nice. Take exit No. 40 to Mandelieu - Mandelieu Centre, then turn right, drive past the Police Station and Post Office, turn right again, and continue straight on until you reach the traffic lights on Bd. des Ecureuils. 300 m further on, turn left at the traffic lights. BY TRAIN NAPOULE RAILWAY STATION (3 km) CANNES TGV RAILWAY STATION (8 km) Onward connections by taxi or bus. BY AIR NICE COTE D'AZUR AIRPORT (35 KM) Onward connections by taxi, bus or rental car.

• Important information

  DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. The reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 at Saturdays, from 10:00 to 12:00 at Sundays and from 10:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday. The reception is closed on Sunday afternoon. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.
