  The maeva La baie residence is located in La Baule-Escoublac, on the western coast of France. It offers apartments with a balcony, just 60 metres from the beach. The Résidence maeva La baie provides apartments featuring a kitchenette fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Each apartment has a private bathroom. There is a garden and a children’s playground on site, and guests can also play table tennis or billiards. There is a spa close to the residence as well as many shops. Le Pouliguen harbour is only 450 metres away.

  BY ROAD Paris (449 km) – Bordeaux (400 km) – Nantes (75 km) – Rennes (121 km) • From Paris: A11 motorway towards Nantes, then RN 165 towards Saint Nazaire and continue on RN171, to La Baule Centre. • In the town centre, drive down Avenue du Général de Gaulle (shopping avenue), keeping right follow the seafront (sea to your left). After the casino, continue along the road turning away from the seafront towards Le Pouliguen (Avenue Heurteau, then Avenue des Lilas). • Important information

  DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. The reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 at Saturdays, from 10:00 to 12:00 at Sundays and from 10:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday. The reception is closed on Sunday afternoon. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.
