Room information
The hotel offers 142 of the most spacious rooms in Brussels divided in 3 categories (superior, deluxe and executive). The superior and deluxe rooms are decorated in an elegant refined classic style. The executive rooms are decorated in an elegant style combining luxury, comfort and contemporary charm. All rooms have a minimum size of 35 m² and can accommodate 3 to 4 people. Some rooms have a wooden floor or a kitchenette, the ideal solution for longer stays.

Food & beverage
You can sample the refined innovative cuisine of the hotel's chef in the Le Chalet d'Odin restaurant. Stefany's bar is also available for you to unwind at the end of the day. The bartender will prepare your favourite cocktails from a wide selection of local and international beverages. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 each day (up to 11:00 on weekends). The bar is open from 11:00 to 01:00 each day. The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 14:00 for lunch, and 19:00 to 22:00 for dinner Monday to Friday. Quick lunch, Chef's menu and à la carte are available at additional costs.

The Hotel Bristol stephanie will decorate 50 rooms in a luxurious contemporary style. These will be executive rooms and will be available as of 6 February 2008. Please note that all conference rooms and the Art Gallery will be refurbished in 2008.

Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 15.00 per hour. Meal Plan: American breakfast is not included and costs EUR 27.00 per person. Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 25.00 per day. Pets: Pets are allowed.
